just switched to ACT street disc from QUARTERMASTER TWIN

first off, props to ENGLISH RACING for the repairs. they came through like no other. Luke picked my car up at my house (3 hours away) the day after I had it towed. After the repairs were done, he picked me up in my car at the train station and drove it back to the shop.

not sure what happened, but the discs were destroyed on the QUARTERMASTER. i'll post pics up when i get the chance. had ENGLISH install an ACT HD with street disc and the car is definitely more streetable now. the quartermaster wasn't difficult to work with, but my car was intended for daily driving duties and i wasn't a big fan of the noise. i also don't drag so the ACT was perfect for my setup, pushing about 550 on pump.

looking to sell the quartermaster pressure plate and tob soon, so pm me if interested. i can't post in the for sale forums yet due to my status.

I have loved my ACT for a long time now. It holds a reasonable amount of power and is very streetable.

I always thought ACT was great for up to 400 whp ( in ur case u making more and its still good), twin disk is an overkill IMO. Unless u making more than 500 whp no need for a twin disk.
