Stock Cat Length

Basically this is the story:

I'm running an RRE catback, Milspec Bolt on 100 Cell Cat (came with flanges), and an aging RNR 3" Downpipe. I have a slight exhaust leak between my downpipe and cat.
I'm not exactly sure if its my downpipe that is not mating well to the cat or the other way around.

Can someone measure the length of their stock catalytic converter? I'll then compare it to my MilSpec Cat. I'm thinking the cat is to short.

I plan on buying a new downpipe from RRE due to the current exhaust leak.

Thanks evoM

The stock cat is 18.5 inches (end of flange to end of flange).
