7 seconds in 1/8 is 10 sec in 1/4

br race fmic / cbrd fmic / or ets 4" fmic
gsc s2 / kelford 272 / etc
full 3" tbe /w o2 (megan, invidia, etc)
hallman pro / ecu boost, etc
bov .. forge / synapse / etc

those are a few key mods.

Your mid to low 7.x 1/8th mile goal can definitely be accomplished with the stock turbo with the proper supporting mods and good driving.

Stock turbo/stock cams

stock turbo

If you have your mind made up on having to upgrade your turbo, do yourself a favor and get an HTA Green. It will keep quick spool as you stated you want and will easily make enough power to meet and exceed your goal.

tactrix cable 1.3u and evoscan.. if you need them pm me i have them in stock and im located in US.

if you want to do this with 93oct you need a larger turbo for sure, unless you use methanol injection, then it can be done.

my customer with e85 and fp green hta at 30psi with stock block and head with gsc s1 with 11 flat afr went 11.9 @ 120 last week so theres an example. the ET is crappy of course but the MPH shows what its capable of. that is just intake, exhaust, cams, ecu boost, fmic, and supporting fuel.. nothing crazy.. i wanna say it was around 470whp due to the rich AFR.

evos respond very well to mods.. that is at least on your side, and they hold up pretty well with high HP on stock block as long as the torque is well controlled.

Lol who builds an engine with 1/8 mile ambitions. For longevity sake, stay far away from any journal bearing turbos.
