I just ran the car with the boost directly from the wastegate, there is no more boost cut, the car hits around 18psi(which is what my wastegate is)...so Is this a final veridict that my 3-port is bad?? The boost comes on really really fast though and it sounds very loud....im not really used to that so I got scared and let off at 5K....im gonna log it and post.

Still running maf or SD? If still maf check to make sure the honeycomb isn't getting sucked in. Also make sure your fuel pump isn't on its way out. Do you have a single or double pumper?

Alright bad news its still not fixed...I thought it was because now it lets me hit the throttle more but I left off too early. Still on SD, I checked all the pipes and they are super tight and not a sign of any place where a boost leak could happen...at least on the IC pipes. The fuel pump is new. Im so confused....

it could be that your just hitting a higher load then before and your Boost Cut value is activating.

Do you know what your boost cut is set to?

for testing purposes AKA.ralliart set the main wastegate duty cycle table to all zero's and set the boost adder / boost control load offset to 14.7 / 77%

then boost.. it should run wastegate without any breaking up after that if everythings setup right.

would that be the same as running the line straight off the wastegate and using the stock solenoid??? cause thats what I did and still the same problem...

could there be an issue with the turbo???

my bad.. i thought i read the problem went away directly connected.

when this happens what does it sound like? is it like a flutter or is a breakup? it really sounds like a boost leak to me if its more of a air noise and flutter. check all vac lines.

also if you are just using a base map right now and changed tons of parts.. it will require retuning due to introducing new VE.. therefore i would not do anymore WOT until talking to your tuner again.

i thought it did...I corrected myself later...there is a lot of spool up noise from the engine but not that much out of the exhaust, It feels like the turbo is forced to be honest...i really dont know what else to check....oh also I never mentioned this but I did get my EGR removed...is that a problem? I have the little periphery bits disabled

turbo noise is normal.. the surge cover makes it sound like a jet on all cars.

if it sounds like theres lots of blown air when you go WOT and it flutters kind of, its a big leak.

can you jack the car up and inspect the lower piping? most leaks occur where the compressor outlet that bolts directly to the turbo connects to the lower piping

egr blocking is no prob.. everyone does that.

did you inspect the intake manifold for anything blown off?

I checked the bottom of the car, everything is fine....I did not check the IM thoroughly...is there anything that you might think be causing the problem around that area?? and yes it does flutter....
