New Evo rally version & its clutch

I was checking out the new rally car Mitsu is using and the specs say it uses a triple plate carbon clutch.

My question is, if they're using that, why don't us Evo 8 owners get a double plate carbon or triple plate carbon?

LIke Chris in HB, always promoting the cusco double plate carbon.

A stronger clutch would make the stock evo a lot more enjoyable!

hmmm,

they are also getting about 500 torque, amazing gearbox, insane seats, amazing rims and brakes, crazy engine setup etc...

why don't we get all of that stuff??

the answer is easy, COST!!!

the lancer WRC costs insane amount of money so they can afford the $2500 price tag for the clutch.

The stock clutch is very easy to drive and gives Mitsubishi less to warranty on expensive drivetrain problems. That clutch would be severe overkill and probably very uncomfortable unless used in a race situation.
