does stock evo 9 have restrictor pill in the vac line to the boost controller. i bought my car with a Perrin EBC already installed but i need to convert back to stock boost controller for my race class, but i don't have the stock boost line. can i use normal vac line or do i need to the oem boost vac line.

it has a restrictor pill. LMK if you need the lines i have a cople of sets just laying around my garage.

Where's the restrictor pill and how many are there. Is there any difference between evo 8 or evo 9 oem boost line. Does anyone have pictures of the stock boost line. Thanks

 

There is two of them. There is on next to the solenoid and one in the line that comes off of the J-pipe.

The 8 and 9 pills are the same.

The dealer sells the lines w/ pills.
