I'd say it's most likely a Garrett CHRA. It's looks to be a buschur kit, but I'm not sure they used forcedperformance hotsides in that kit. This turbo could also be a 3065 (3082) if that is the case.

It looks like it might be a Buschur Racing BR3065 cast kit. I would think that it is probably an Fp 3065/Garrett 3082 turbo.

The cold side does look like it is a precision unit, so someone might have put the Fp hotside on a precision turbo.

That is a buschur cast manifold turbo kit
The turbo is a Garrett turbo which is either a gt3582r or a gt2082r with a custom fp turbo housing setup to run a tail 44mm external wastegate and setup to run a dsm flanged manifold.
The only way to tell is to take off the turbine housing and measure the fins or their should be a serial plate in the center section.

judging by the serial plate you have a garrett gt3582r.

the full specs would be

Turbo = garrett gt3582r
Compressor houseing is a S Cover with a 4 inch inlet and 2.5 outlet. Your also have a ported shroud compressor cover. AR is .70
Turbobine houseing is a custom FP housing. Inlet is a DSM style inlet. Exit is 3 inch vband. turbine is also flanged for a tial 44mm external wastegate. You need to look for the AR. its probably an .82 or .63 ar
