P0170 Code and Boost Question

I'll start from the beginning to have a better understanding.

I was tuned with new RC1000s and a day after the tune my cyl 3 injector started leaking. This was fixed. It started acting up again and getting terrible gas mileage so my buddy looked at it & he said my injector scaling was way off. & I threw the p0170 code. He looked at them through Tephra and they were in the -12 mark and he said that was bad so he set it to -2 to 0 range.

The car was running fine for a while then started acting up again and we changed the bottom o-rings. It ran perfect. Then cyl 3 injector started leaking once again. I installed an invidia o2 housing and changed out my front o2 sensor. O-rings were changed and the top of cyl 1 injector started leaking fuel every where so I bought all brand new top o-rings and I'm still getting crappy mileage.

normally 260-280 a tank and im barely hitting 200-210. I'm getting the p0170 code again after the o-rings have been replaced and now a bunch of misfire. I had misfire before but now its bad. There is massive amount of throttle lag then it will kick it just driving normal. I know usually under peak tq misfire is normally an ignition issue. then I realize that I'm only boosting barely over 1 bar and normal boost was 1.5 .

is there any trouble shooting to go about these problems?

Have you tried cleaning your maf?

It has to deal with how your fuel trims looks too.

no i haven't tried to clean it yet. and i believe its the same MAF sensor from 2003-2004.

would that be for the injector issues or the boost/vac issue?

I cleaned the MAF and no change. I noticed the intake/clamp on the intake side of the turbo being some what off but it's still connected.
