ok so what is the problem? do you just want to replace the starter??? or do you know where the issue is?

I'm having the same issue on this. Any help would be appreciated. I rebuilt my starter and also while at it decided to replace my tie rods.

The signal wire for my starter was loose and not making a good connection.
