Stalls with clutch in and throwing 5 codes.

So I changed my Injen intercooler piping and intake to ETS piping and a JMF intake. The car immediately started acting up - every time I accelerate and then put the clutch in, it goes rich to 9.x:1 and dies. If I leave it in gear while slowing down to like 2000rpm, it acts normal when I put the clutch in. It only does it after acceleration. Sometimes under slight acceleration or low rpm cruising in first gear it will go very rich, again down into the 9's, and seem like it's misfiring.

It's throwing 5 codes:

p0172 - system too rich
p0134 - O2 sensor circuit no activity detected
p0113 - Intake air temperature circuit high input
p0102 - MAF circuit low input
p0107 - Manifold absolute pressure/Barometric pressure circuit low input

This all happened at the same time, and I don't even know where to start. I thought maybe a boost leak, so I did a boost leak test as best as I could with a tiny compressor and a poor excuse for a tester. I did find a couple leaks that were fixed. I am confident that there are no major leaks. I've had leaks before, and nothing like this happened.

Any ideas? Some of these codes are unusual, and I had trouble finding any good info on some of them. The fact that they all happened at once is boggling my mind.

I tried this today, and only one code came back after driving - p0134. The car still runs like crap. I noticed that if I'm cruising in any gear and get down to 2000rpm or lower, it goes very rich and starts bucking like it's misfiring or something.

I guess I could try changing the O2 sensor, but I hate to spend money on a guess. I can't seem to find it again, but I remember reading a thread where someone replaced all the exhaust/turbo gaskets before the O2 sensor, and also the TB seals. He said it fixed it, but which part actually fixed it... who knows.

Anyone near east central PA that would let me borrow their sensor?

I changed the oxygen sensor today... no help there. I tried going for a cruise, hoping that maybe the ecu had to re-learn the fuel trims or something.

Nothing so far has helped. Still stalls every time I put the clutch in, unless I keep it in gear while decelerating for a little. Cruising in any gear under 2500 rpm results in a/f's dropping into the 8's and 9's with a lot of misfiring and whatnot.

I tried feeling around and listening for exhaust leaks, but my car has so much valvetrain and exhaust noise I can't hear anything. Didn't feel anything either.

Any other ideas?

Oh, I don't know if it makes a difference, but I forgot to mention that I put a mini battery in at the same time as the intercooler piping. Deka etx14.
