Best cams for stock IX turbo?

I've done tons of searching, and still haven't found a direct consensus to a setup with full bolt ons and plans to stick with stock IX turbo. However, obviously gsc s2 and kelfords are the favorites. I even found most to say that s2 are best for IX, and kelfords for VIII, but still vague by not mentioning what turbo.

My goal is to max out the stock turbo with all the bolt ons I can get, and at this point, all I need is to buy an fmic, and install my 1000cc RCs, valvesprings and retainers that I have laying around. I have everything else . I plan not to upgrade my IX turbo and this is my DD. I currently have hks 272, but I want more power. I have the new hks 272 (10.8 lift)/278(11.0 lift) right here, but don't know if I should install them, As they are fairly new with not much data , let alone on how they would run on stock turbo. or get some s2 or kelford. God help! I just want to be finished with this car already...thanks in advance for any help.

You need to talk to English Racing about the GSC's on a stock turbo thy run them a lot, but yeah the S2's are an excellent cam for a pretty good range of turbo's.

GSC beehives and stockers, if its a motor meant to rev then throw in the retainer upgrade.

dyno sheets showing no loss of spool, response is hard to characterise on a dyno but I have never noticed it on the street-

I have the hks singles w Manley retainers , they should work with the s2 right? I'm leaning towards the s2...I wish there were more threads about these cams with stock turbo

Those springs will work great, not to worry on them.

There are actually a ton of threads starting the original-

Some E85 stuff (both VIIIs and IXs)

When I still had the stock 9 turbo I ran kelford 272 cams with supertech dual valve springs and titanium retainers, I put down 365hp, and 345tq, I was very impressed.
