Is this turbo done/shot?

Hey guys, what are your thoughts on the condition of this turbo? Are the seals shot? There seems to be alot of alot of oil on the exhaust side.

the oil on the exhaust could be coming out of the motor also. major blow bye and or bad rings. just a thought.

how many miles?
how much boost are you running?
what oil do you use?

What does the compressor wheel look like? How's the shaft play? As long as neither has come in contact with their housings, do the rebuild kit thing and call it a day.

The turbo was bought like this and was told it had 30k on it, other then that i dont know much about it, There is no shaft play on the turbo at all. The compressor wheel looks fine and is dry.
