Engine "knock"

The other day I got my car retuned at AMS after my cam and o2 housing and I was told by the tuner that the car has alot of knock. He said that it could be a bad tank of gas. He tuned it the best that he could and one of the guys there suggest that I do some logs. After going thru 2 full tank of gas I'm still getting the knocks. I did have 2 or 3 pulls where there was no knocks, but the rest look the same... Logs are below.
I'm new to logging, I am hoping that someone could interpret them for me. Mainly is it ok?

i'm confused... the logs look great.. only up to 2 counts knock in the first log... one had 0 and other had 1 count..

you may need some injectors soon though.. almost maxed out

Thats all I needed to hear. I just got to figure out y I'm getting knocks in the first place , because the tuner said that if it wasn't for the multiple knocks I would have made more power and I'm modding the car to make more power. I don't want to hear that something is hindering me from making power.
My mods r: mbc, ams fmic, ets licp, s1 cams, arp headstuds, megan o2 housing, ams tbe w/ resonated tp and I made 321whp and 307 tq w/ 24 psi on ams md dyno.

Wow! im amazed that in States or UK the knocks level averagely is just less than 20 as im used to knock level averagely 40...

Maybe the hot weather, fuel or the tuning here???

Timing is indeed a little on the low side as it was showing some noise. Got it smoothed out as good as we could, but just low on the timing side.

If you want me to go through the logs next time feel free to email me.
