My friend got one of these for his SRT-4. He's really happy with it.

I wouldn't run one on an Evo. ETS FTW!

My car makes way less power but its tracked regularly.

Thanks for the replys from those that have run similar ics...obviously everyone is too cautions to try one track. If I find data showing that it heatsoaks more then stock then I will probably be looking into buying an ets 3.5 inch
because if you dish out a little more you can get something good quality, that will hold up through whatever you do to the car, and you don't have to make a whole new thread to figure out if its garbage...

just spend a bit more and get something worth buying. its an evo, dont half-*** it

I did find some info that says it better then stock on this site.

I'm sure compared to other "real" intercoolers its trash.
Buschur did a comparison on there intercooler VS an Ebay **** intercooler. Bottom line after 1 dyno run, the increase in air temp on there intercooler was marginal (can't remember the exact data)...however on the Ebay interfooler after 1 run the air temp was something like 50 degrees more.....it was something ridiculously high.

So inclosing, if you are a cheapskate, sell your car and by a prius.

My buddy and I are finishing up a sr20DET engine swap on his nissan 200sx. He is going to run a godspeed intercooler. IMO - when dealing with my evo I only want the best for it. The best is noy ebay

I run an ebay 3" on my 240... no scientific data other than my stock block is still running fine with it on 12# and about 275whp.

I wouldn't trust it for much more power than that, they just don't have a rep to make me want to risk it.

Def not on an Evo either, they make power too easy to kill it with a mediocre intercooler.
I think riceball ran one with decent results, you may find better luck there.
