messed up spark plug...what happened?

earlier that same day before this happened i did a compression test...and got 135 in all 4 cylinders...
i pulled the ECU fuse in the engine bay to do the compression test...would that have caused an issue?
and my UICP popped off that day too...right at the throttle body...after i had everything back together and i already hit full boost multiple times...
it seemed like a bad day for my car.
