Metal Gasket between motor&Trans

What is that metal gasket between the 2? Where can I find it? I've searched Ebay, google and can't find it.

We set the motor/trans down, and it stuck out where it beant it. Need to replace it.

Go to Mitsubishi and Order it, They will Look it up on the computer...

You sure that's how it's done? Seems too easy if you ask me! Or if it's out of your price range find out what it's called and restart your search.
