So, not much loss for alot of gain. The valve is also less shrouded.
like Mr.Mayberry says. No loss in spool. Actually, we pick spool up at a faster rate.
and it will make more torque. Both of which will make your butt dyno happy when you press the loud peddle.

And it was honestly a logical step on our part, when we are making 1400whp on cars like Shep's Talon with a 1mm over valve, why would we need the same for half of that? Or within 4-500whp of it. This has been shown on every platform we do heads for. 1000whp Honda's can use more cam, and go 7's with stock size valve. 1100whp supra's spool those monster turbo's much faster. Seeing full boost with a GT47 by 4500rpm. We are even trying a 1800hp VQ with stock size valves sometime in the near future. Georgie Performance has a 1000awhp Subi with stock size valves..our list goes on and on.
But, I digress..it's all in the valve job honestly. Which means, it might not be something everyone could do.
Thanks for explaining

My friend has a headgames head on his Honda GSR. He did 773whp at "only" 29psi with a 6765. I am very impressed nonetheless.

- stock size valves 34/30mm(recommended up to 700whp). Question: Have you experimented with a 1mm over on the intake, so 35mm, and stock exhaust valves, 30mm? Mostly just curious to the findings. Thanks!

well...to be honest, all exhaust valves are inconel. Inconel is a term for a material that can withstand heat. You can google it and read about it where it comes from. But, enough of the history lesson...you can get different grades of inconel. We offer everything from EV8 which is what most valves are made from, to pyromet which is the same material used in Top Fuel, and what we use for some of the more higher HP stuff that comes out of here. 1400whp and above receives the pyromet.
