Waste of time and money. 156mm and a 88mm Crank and a non stroker piston is overkill as is. 153 with a 94 number Crank is a great combo. Although I would just do a 2.4. I love the two 2.4L cars I have had.

when i talked to Aaron over at English Racing he told me pretty much that the 162 length rod was not needed and the lower compression height (where the wrist pin is) he thought might become an issue with higher horsepower. I know he was using aluminum rods but he also had to pretty much remake same galleys by boring them out and sleeving the blocks oil galleys and coolant passages. Im not saying you wont have a problem but it is definitely something to consider.
