Weird issue with bov/engine revving

I had a tomei bov and had no issues, I installed a greddy rs bov and now when I shift my engine revs up like I didn't take my foot off the gas (almost like I'm rev matching). As far as I know the tune is stock, I've owned it for 40,000 miles and haven't had this issue until the new bov. Any help would be greatly appreciated

My rs isnt causing me to rev but randomly dumpin open at like 4500 rpm in pulls in. Gears3,4,5 idk what the deal is... But me and the bov are about to go around and i have my spring adjusted to hard and has been at soft.... It didnt do this till i was doing some long pulls with a srt4. Last week and now i am afraid to spool my car up really wondering when its gonnna bust open.... Cuz it is pretty violent when it happens makes u speak some french... Also im stock turbo just a xs power ic 3 inch turbo back and a maf adapter and a.k&n with a ets lp2 ic pipe im clueless i love the insane shutter my bov has when i slide out the gas but will get rid of it if its faulty... What kills me is it isnt performing any different just randomly blowing off under full boost at 21 lbs hope u find it out buddy good luck

i would just go back to the other BOV. If it still does it then you kno it isnt a BOV issue. But it doesnt sound like its because of the new BOV.

I didn't have the issue with the other bov, but I don't want that one. So I'm wondering if anyone knows what it could be with this bov that would cause it

Ever figure this out? I'm not up on bov's yet but if one was recirculating and new one wasnt then that messed with your maf readings. Basically your maf reads the air, adjusts the fuel for that much air but if you dump that air out to atmosphere then it's got the wrong air/fuel ratio. Seems like both were the same type but just mentioning it
