yes, just go buy a KB S/C and a new manifold, it will bolt right on and shouldt need to tune because the airflow will be around the same for both. Good Luck and let us know how it goes!!

You can get a NA Lancer and supercharge it. It'll save you more money to buy the parts

i actually think adding a SC on top of a big turbo to make a 'responsive' twin charge system.. like the lancia wrc car.. But that will add a lot of weight in the front of the car.. so i guess some one can mount a fat turbo at where the muffler is (back of the car like the Gpower Hurricane M5) and then have a twin screw in the engine bay.. feed air from the turbo into the SC and then some sort of intercooler and then into the IM.. That is a lot of money and work.. and i think there are better platforms to do so than an evo.. Say a BMW 3 series because there both existing turbo system and SC system in the market..

Ignoring the whole fact that the OP needs to spend some serious time reading about superchargers vs turbos and the different types of superchargers, their has been some evo success with twin charging, just not so much in the states.

If you cared, you'll read the whole thing. If not, just watch this

Either way, unless you're an engineer with an idea or have years experience in the industry just stick to whats been done. Odds are you'll not do better.
