Hey I got a prob when I down shift my gear

Especially, on 3rd and sometimes 4th. I burned some clutch like a month ago

and it was so stiff when I tryin to put gears when i was driving.

I thought it might have clutch prob and went to garage but a few days later I

got the same prob on 3rd and 4th when I down shift the gear.

Also my boost used to run 27psi but now it runs 24psi.... Idk whats the prob

and please some experts help me out I wanna get it fixed ASAP!!

By the way Im running Exedy twin clutch and I got this one less than a year.
