What's up with this. dealer that has my car for 2 weeks. The tech goes to take it apart and there is NO SERVICE MANUEL in the whole shop.

Service personnel tell me that they had to download it from and that it took 14 hours to download.

I thought that they should have the manual in house, considering that they sell the EVO. I was told that mine was the first one to come in for the type of repair that it needed.

This is crazy and makes me nervous about the quality of the repair being done.

Anyone ever heard of such a thing

PS: I offered to bring them my service manual on CD

Dude I am afraid you will have problems. Before the EVO was even brought to the dealers they should of had a hand full of their top mechanics go to a training school to learn about the repair of the car. I would be asking questions. They are not allowed to produce a new car without training their tech's on it. If they did send anyone to the tech school on it do let them work on it.
