Tial wastegate/hallman pro mbc

heres my problem i have a tial 38mm wastegate with a bb6262 running a hallman pro mbc. i have put new vacuum lines on it made sure the fittings were tight. But the wastegate will not open, i also have hooked the gate up direct line pressure and it opens fine so i know the gate isnt stuck. Any help would be great havent tried another mbc yet that is my next option.

have you taken the hallman apart?

What spring are you running in the hallman?

What spring are you running in the tial?

i have tried 2 different size lines, one that was very hard to get on the tial fittings, and the other that fits alot better but still snug also tried putting clamps on everything. I have tried 3 manual boost controllers and ecu controlled boost all with the same result. im stumped on this one

Remove the line from the compressor housing!!! Hook your pressure source to the intake manifold. I have always had weird problems when i use the compressor housing for my pressure source.
