thrust bearing is bad.
check how much actual play there is with a dial gauge.
probably have to pull the engine out.

call your engine builder.

sounds like something has gone wrong.
call your engine builder and explain to them the situation.
if it's as bad as you're saying, the engine will need to be removed.

stock crank end walk measurement is like 0.1mm. not enough to smash Crank angle sensors.

Sounds like a lack of a thrust bearing

Or the thrust bearing is in backwards Deff would not drive it till the oil pan is pulled and check the thrust bearing

A poster here maybe three weeks ago had the exact same problem - new build and crank walk. Then he pulled the pan and posted pictures. Part of the thrust bearing had fallen out.

But the thing is that it moves enough to brake the crank position sensor

Yeah if the thrust bearing isn't in there or has "worn" out due to not being installed properly then it would move enough to break the sensor. Well it's the blade that breaks the sensor not the crank itself :P Good luck.

you wont have play if the thrust bearings are backwards, you will have a problem with metal pieces tho.

I will put $$$ on no thrust bearings on one side or both sides.

i cant imagine how is that this happen, usually the bearings are lock in place after you install the main bearing cap!
