I ended up installing an ACT pressure plate, disc, and lightened flywheel. all works fine and had no problems since, i would recommend to install all it if you do decide to replace the clutch. The time and effort or cost to those who had someone else do it is not worth it. Replace it all once and pay a bit more for parts vs replacing just the disc or pressure plate
