I did a FULL BUILD and my Car wont start?
If you have a "real" mechanic helping you with this build, he should be responsible for getting the motor started for the first time.
You need to pay attention to this process, or you can damage parts. You need oil pressure first. The best way to get this is to prelube/pressurize the motor. If not, you need to have a way to insure that you have good oil pressure before you do anything else. There are startup procedure threads you should read carefully. If you crank repeatedly with no oil pressure, well, you'll be pulling that motor again soon...
Next, you should make sure you have fuel, but remember that if you are hunting another problem and keep cranking the motor when it's not starting, you'll wash down the lubrication off the cylinder walls, particularly if you have big injectors and don't have your ECU management figured out. That can cost you a motor, too.
You have changed so many things all at once that it may be difficult to find the problem. Go about it methodically and double check everything before you just start cranking, hoping that something has changed when you turn the key.

was there any weird noises when first trying to start the car up. because the compression numbers look horrible like the worst i have ever seen. make sure the car is on time mechanically. if the car has compression you should be able to hear it in sometimes you can hear it though the exhaust. report back to us.
Nvm didnt see the compression results ...Wow that is very bad .....is there even piston rings in there lol
Well since there all that bad first check and make sure the gauge is good .

The large cams make that more likely as well.
There are several threads on here that explain exactly how to do the compression test. If you have access to a leak down tester, or your mechanic has one, that is another option that gives you better accuracy.
damn that poor engine.. you did a compression test before even firing it up? thats pointless.
when you do get it started, dont let it get to operating temp then shut it down..... thats the worst thing you can do to a new engine.
after it is running with break in oil you need to perform vacuum pulls so the rings seal and the metal shavings get sucked out and dont scuff anything.
i hope you opened your oil pump and lubed the **** out of it with assembly lube.. if not you will damage it doing what you're doing.
as someone mentioned, if the cam position sensor is 180deg out it wont start the car either and will act funky.
if crank angle sensor is messed up you get no spark or fuel also.
so far i see lots of good info being given to you in this thread though.
right now though you're really abusing that engine just cranking it over and over and over without or really low oil pressure.

Okay. I figured it out. ITS BENT VALVES. My evo friend who says he's worked and built more evos than anyone on this island did the timing. And he did it incorrectly. He didnt line up the dowl pin holes on my harmonic dampner. It took me an hour but I pulled the head, and it looks like the exhaust side is damaged because there is score marks on the piston on the exhaust side only. I will have the machine shop pressure check everything for me?

Thanks for the advise. I will perform every task. It sucks that I just spent $20-30 thousand dollars to have a dumbass know it all **** up my timing and cause a damaged head.
