and raise sand bigtime! That's about the only other thing I can think of. I would take it as far up the chain as necessary until I got some decent results. I would start at the dealers where you have taken your car. Insist on speaking to the GM. Let him/her know of your situation and that you intend to go to the dealer board and
as far as you have to take it if they don't start taking you more seriously. There's definitely no excuse what so ever for the dealer to put 400 miles on your ride. It sounds like they had some fun in your car, nothing else. Whenever you are dealing with the dealer/manufacturer in order to get results, sometimes you have to be a very squeeky wheel
. Sometimes that's the only way you will get results.
Hey bbyEVOGirl! I tell ya what... you give me the phone numbers to these dealers you have dealt with (especially the one that put 400 miles on your car) and I will contact them myself and pose as your brother or something and see if I can't light a fire under their *** or something. I can't guarantee anything but I will give it a shot for you.
You know, the dealer that put the miles on my car we had it out, so I no longer deal with the. They don't like me very well LOL!!
I spoke to the dealer today in regards to the tranny and idle, and the said to get back with them next week, and as long as I strip the car back to stock they will work on it, thats a B***H! But whatever works. The main thing I am worried about is the tranny that not cheap, The cars performance is better than great, just the idle. I'll tell you what I appreciate your help and I will keep in touch with you and if I dont get know where, then I WILL get back with you!! Maybe you can do some good, if anything. But I'll let you know around next week. Thanks

SirCead I AGREEEEEE with you. If you want to hook up your car be prepared to be a real man and stand up. Now I moded so many cars and here where i came to. Guys pay the extra buck and get some real parts like. HKS, Jun racing, Toda, Spoon and so on these companies deal with the manifacture. What makes me warried is that i had an S2000 and it had supercharger and sooo many after market parts and when the engine check light turned on the dealer still coverd it bt warranty. love honda when it comes to service nothing can compete even close. They were nice and polit fast as well.
Forgive me since I'm not the technical person but did I read somewhere that an exhaust (cat back? turbo back?) can raise peak boost a little? If that's the case, then the manufacturer could state that with an exhuast, you're running the car at more boost than it was designed for and then void your engine warranty. In my case my Evo is stock but I figure if/when I do anything, I won't be able to count on Mitsubishi for anything. That way if something happens then I'll consider myself lucky if Mitsu helps out.
