ETS Titanium Muffler... 4.0?!
Below are a few more pictures of our exhaust system. We are still missing one piece, but I did not want to keep you guys waiting. So far the exhaust system weighs in at 10.2lbs. This is 2lbs heavier then a standard stainless steel muffler! Just the muffler! It's hard to imagine a full exhaust system weighing in around 12lbs... This is going to be the lightest 4.0" exhaust system on the market. Everything is made here in house from the brackets to muffler.
Pricing on the titanium exhaust systems are
3.0" - $1150.00
3.5" - $1350.00
4.0" - $1550.00

This is the first ETS full titanium muffler built and designed in house. This muffler is built completely from titanium and purge welded. We are going to offer up a unique design in 3.0" , 3.5" and 4.0" catback and downpipe back exhaust systems. Most of the exhaust systems on the market say they are titanium, but from our research shows the mufflers are titanium and bolt onto a stainless steel exhaust system. We are going to use a full titanium muffler, welded to titanium piping with titanium flanges and mounting hardware.
The exhaust system will can also be anodized and will naturally change to a blue/gold/purplish finish when heated.

I'm liking the sound of this...! Titanium downpipe in the works I presume? We're talking some serious weight savings on a full system like that! Any idea as far as rough cost will be on the system?
