avoid the meth for sure but besides changing the turbo out mainly by sending it to fp for a upgrade I would do as you sugguested those cams are garbage you have get fp 4rs or gsc s2 or the kelford 272 for sure and that will give you a nice increase. Dont forget to upgrade your spring and retainers as well
Definitely get some good cams/springs as stated above. It's better to do it all at once.
thanks for the suggestion but I already did these a while ago. new shaft seals and did a boost leak and compression test everything looks good.
If you do not have e85 in the area meth is a great option. Just make sure that your kit has proper fail safes and your good. I have been running it for over 60k. I just crossed over 120k mi. and have begun saving for a built block.

First your tapering because of your mbc. Sell that, your Meth kit, your old cams, and talk with cbrd and get some gsc s2s or kelfords and springs and retainers, but Chad will recommend the gscs, Chad now tunes with the 3port on ecu, upgrade to a bbk full! You will be happy!!!!

You make a good point on the selling of items. Are you sure its the boost controller that is the reason for taper and not the factory waste gate? Oh and you put down 369 on CBRD's dyno without cams??? That would be sick for me cams+bbk full

OP - one thing I'd consider, along with the other suggestions of course, is dropping the apexi intake - I'm not sure how much power I'm making but I definitely increased after swapping out the apexi - I had a really good picture of the difference in the filter inlet side by side but I lost it. Anyway, if the apexi isn't already restrictive it definitely will be if you do something like a bigger turbo
