hi all, hope your day has been better then mine, so i go a 2.4 motor with evo 9 head on it, it should have come with the timing belt on it but because the guy who i got it from (big evo store on here), didnt talk or tell hes build it was a evo 9 head the build said the cams where wrong and didnt install and ship it out but anyway that a thread for another day. So i went to install the belt today, at tdc on its marks on the motor the no#2 piston is down, i istalled the belt and when you hand turn the motor you a click like the valve is releasing and slaping back up hard but it sounds bad i want to know is this normal? It did the same thing when i put tdc with the no#2 piston all the way so guys any idea would be great thanks

Doesn't sound good. I think if you do a better job of explaining..... make this easier to read, more people will chime in.
