Too much crankcase pressure pushing oil into the turbo.

Now it sounds like a blown head gasket based on what you are describing.

i guess its possible but that doesn't explain oil everywhere.....say it was coming out from under my oil cap.....what would cause that?

Excessive crank case pressure could force oil out from under the oil cap. How does your catch can look?

I would check to make sure the hoses on the catch can aren't clogged (especially the hose coming from the crank case vent to the catch can).

Tear it down. You will figure it out then. Either way it has to come apart.

most of the people that I know of that had similar issues ended up with a blown head gasket.

*pull the plugs and do a compression and leak down check.
*take a note of the conditions of the plugs. check for any signs of detonation (knock)
*change the oil and look for debris in the oil and contamination from the coolant.

If you have any signs of detonation, drink a and start thinking about how your going to afford that new engine rebuild.

good luck!

well the dipstick being in the tube, helps to create a full seal, if air can get into an area of the engine where it shouldnt be (bottom of the block) that can create some potential issues.

Yeah...the motor is blown. Sorry. You may want to evaluate this in detail before you rebuild. Check your tune and fuel system. Make sure your boost control setup is in proper working order.
