I've got a serious problem!!
dipstick was still in when i looked...its idling like **** and doesn't sound very good....could i have done something to the motor?? Why would I have to much crankcase pressure?
*pull the plugs and do a compression and leak down check.
*take a note of the conditions of the plugs. check for any signs of detonation (knock)
*change the oil and look for debris in the oil and contamination from the coolant.
If you have any signs of detonation, drink a
and start thinking about how your going to afford that new engine rebuild.good luck!
most of the people that I know of that had similar issues ended up with a blown head gasket.

well the dipstick being in the tube, helps to create a full seal, if air can get into an area of the engine where it shouldnt be (bottom of the block) that can create some potential issues.
