i changed the timing belt on my car a week ago drove it 3 times since then, and i noticed today when i started the car the steering wheel was a bit hard to turn and when i turn the steering wheel a whining noise comes from the engine bay, and also the cluch pedal was a bit hard to engage,what could it be?
