I have a 2.4l, buschur head, fp red ect... and was wondering how much horsepower the stock exhaust will flow without hurting performance and horsepower.

 

Not much. If you have a 2.4 buschur head and fp red y would you skip a simple/very important mod such as an exhaust? If your looking for something quiet and sleeper like theirs plenty of options out there. I would say with all your mods and having the stock exhaust your losing at the leats 30+ hp

 

ok thanks for your reply. So it wont cause any trobles other then a loss of hp?

 

It could. It would probably lead to higher egt's since its not flowing enough exhaust out as the engine is taking in alot more than air than in stock form.
