Help...

Ok well I got a evo not to long ago like a week ago and it took a dump. Block was built by a shop here in SA town. What happened was the evo was tapping so I guessed it was the lifters well I replaced them and it would still tap. So I unplugged the little allen wrench bolt on the side of the head to check if oil pressure was going to the lifters and it was spitting very little out,so I thought maybe the oil pump took a dump. So I go to drop the oil pan and find about 3 oil squirters all chewed up and chunks of bolts that look like banjo bolts all at the bottom of the pan plus a the crank trust bearing I found that at the bottom too. Everything else looks good from what I saw because the oil pick up tube had most of it. So my question is should I still pull the motor or just replace the parts and run it like that???? I never heard knocking just the lifter tap so thats y I ask.
