Next mods for IX on 93
Don't really have a number in mind. I'm more into improved driveability, which in my case is defined something like this:
Definition: The general qualitative evaluation of a powertrain's operating qualities, including idle smoothness, cold and hot starting, throttle response, power delivery, and tolerance for altitude changes.
That's why I started to mostly better flowing exhaust, porting, ceramic coating, etc. Not big changes but incremental improvement on the stock parts.
I won't be running too much boost. I'll mostly stay on the conservative side.
There's no fuel pump listed in the original post so I'm assuming your on stock fuel pump? If so I'd upgrade to a Walbro 255. You said you weren't concerned with running high boost so your fuel system(injectors) will be fine.
So I can do: Omni 4 bar, GrimmSpeed EBC. I want to try the Aeromotive fuel pump rather than the Walbro. Instead of injectors would a LICP be a good option? I want to do enough mods to make the cost of the retune worthwhile.
I'll keep this in mind. May have to purchase through the shop though since they are doing me a favor in checking out why my car is running rich again.
I'll also see what they recommend when they are logging to find out what is casing the car to run rich.
