HELP! What valves to use for head rebuild...springs?

So my '03 Evo VIII timing chain broke (after 1 yr, 10k miles) and my valves are bent. I'd like to replace the bent valves with something of suitable quality, and I may want to run TimeTrialB (though I'll never be a serious threat to the good drivers), so I don't want to change size...I've heard the engine power mods cost more points that they are worth. Are these Ferreas any good: http://www.racecomponentsinc.com/Evo...alves_1mm.html ?
I'm puzzled that they are stated to be both "stock size" and "+1, oversize." If I can, I'd like to get better than stock performance and durability, but at least as good. I've seen Mitsu stock sets for a lot more than these cost.
Can anyone recommend some options? The car had mechanical breakdown coverage, so the insurance company will pay (up to a point I guess), but I'm willing to pay the difference if it doesn't get beyond too many hundreds.
Would you also replace springs, etc?
Car has 80k miles, fifteen track weekends.
Is a new/rebuilt head or short head a smarter way to go? Any advice or description of your experiences appreciated. THANKS!
If you want to point me to an existing thread, thanks, and sorry, I did search.
