2.4L DOHC intake manifold on a EVO

Has anyone use the 2.4L DOHC intake manifold on a Evo??
The plenum is much bigger and pretty damn nice D shape. The runners are much longer.
I did a search and did not find anything.

Those long U shape bends in the runners, do not look ideal for HP, maybe TQ. Might have issues with the support brkt and Knock Sensor clearence.

Here is a comparison of the EVO Intake Manifold vs 4G69 Intake Manifold on a non-turbo'd lancer... take it for what it is worth...

Evo Intake in RED
4G69 Intake in Blue

Would the 4G64 DOHC IM be better suited? Similar long runners but without the nasty bend at the flange....

I'm going to revive this thread. Would this 2.4L intake manifold have any benefit on a 2.4LR Evo?

bolt it on and dyno that sucker.
If I find a 4g64 manifold for cheap when I get my stroker setup done Ill test it out. seems like an interesting idea to try. I only plan to rev to 8200 rpm anyhow.

I believe it came off of a Hyundai Sonata (may be 2002 or 2004).
