I have a similar setup to yours with an original fp green installed. My goal was 400 as well.
My road tune logs place me at 404 whp at 25 psi and 65 degree temperatures in October.

Also I am on pump gas with a stock intake/MAF, HKS cams, stock block. Your setup looks perfect for 400. You should have no problem. Get a good tuner and you may get 10-15 more whp than you expected.

Good luck.

You can make power on 93 but i bet if your buddy had gotten some injectors and a fuel pump and tune e85 he could of gotten about 40 more hp i made 326 mild tune on 92oct and i made 391 on e85
