I undertstand you had a bad experience with meth. But I have personally installed and tuned tons of meth setups and yes I have had parts fail plenty of times but thats why you take the extra step to make sure you have really good fail safes.

It seems like everyone either loves or hates meth.
I agree with this guy.

I was running AEM Meth Injection Monitor and AEM Meth kit. I made 400/400 on RRE's DynoPacks. Stock turbo, stock cams, stock Intake Manifold. Very silimar mods to yours. I was also running 50/50 and 91oct was my base fuel.

I have not had a single issue with the failsafes.

That is my car on the dyno. We tested every way for something to fail on the dyno. Kill the pump, over flow, under flow, low level, ect.

My failsafe map was my base 91oct safe map. So when the failsafe kicked in the car went to wastegate and ran unaltered 91oct tune.

Outside of running meth, you should be able to hit 400whp on a dynojet with the mods you listed. Have one of the skilled email tuners tune your car or take it to a real dyno tuner and they will get you there.

Mods list looks pretty solid. Your tuner would really dictate the HP numbers as each tuner has their own style. You have the right parts to achieve your goal IMO.

For 400whp on pump/93, I believe you are on the right path if that is your ultimate goal. If you do not make what you want, it would be easier at that point to identify the weak areas of your build and address them at that point.

I would suggest if sticking with a stock exhaust manifold, port it.

Get an O2 housing too.

I would recommend taking the cams out and going with Kelfords or GSC S2's.

But yeah, E85 would do you good.

you might be close. my old set up was very similar to your list above. (i did have an 03 housing, 3.5 FMIC and test pipe( think you have a testpipe) BUT you have a new green and my old one was with the old green so that may make up for the aboce differences in mods. below is an overlay of my old set up vs new. hope this helps.
