The hell is this hose??

I thought my friend had attached all the hoses to the vacuum sources already, but as I was doing the vacuum lines for my bov and boost controller, I found this and have no idea what it is for. Anyone?

This view is standing over the driver side headlight looking down toward the power steering rack area at the center of the car. A red arrow points to the hose, which joins to a hard line.

Heres another shot I took by sneaking the phone in and facing the driver side fender wall.

Its part of the EGR system. Runs to the intake manifold. I pulled the hose of mine and just left the hard line.

Do you still have your charcoal can and all that junk in the back of the car?

Yes I do believe the charcoal can is there, but nothing for the EGR up front is there.

That is the evaporative emmissions line to the charcoal canistor in the back. I use that line as a second fuel line for my dual in tank fuel system. I simply cut the line right under the gas tank and piped the other fuel pump output to it. Then you Y those two lines into one line that feeds your fuel rail. Basically you can remove your canistor in the back and leave the line open if you want. I believe this is how Buschur does it, but I got the idea from a local guy.
