Evo IX copper plug alternative?

Ive been searching for a copper plug alternative to the iridium that are in my car.Ive
read that Bushcur has some NGK coppers that work but im looking for something i can pick up from my job when ever i need them(Napa).

Having some down time at work i found these and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them?



There only 3.00 a piece and i have tons of them in my store,if anyone has any insight that would be awesome.

I looked into this too, but i couldn't find any that were the correct length.
I am tempted to mill down the spark plug recess to 19mm height, the evo 8/9 heads are the same.

would these work?

I know the stock plugs (ngk) are ILFR7h. Considering both the above plugs, LFR5A and LFR6A, are differing heat ranges, they will not work like stock ones. The LFR7AIX are still iridium and once you try to gap them, you scrape off the iridium.

I still havent found a copper alternative to the ILFR7h.

The iridiums work great but i like to take them out and check the gap and doing that scrapes off the small layer of iridium thus making them worthless.

i run the coppers, they are cross referecned as nissan 350z plugs.. same shank size, everything

they are ngk's
part number is- PLFR6A-11 (3672)

i've got miner gapped down to .22

Again, those are the wrong heat range.

So far thats 2 for the 3672's Ngk plugs,im gonna check and see if they show a step colder plugs for the 350z.

There are no proper copper plugs available for the IX, run the correct iridiums. Running a heat range (or 2) hotter is a very bad idea.

Thats great. But i personally dont see a point in running a plug thats a heat range lower than stock plugs.

I had my car dyno'd on a dynopack dyno with iridium plugs and it made 320awhp on 91. It started to break up a little bit, so we took the plugs out and gapped them to the correct gap. After another dyno run the car made the same power and ran without any issues even on high boost. What do you mean by "making them worthless?"

For every 100hp over stock, its recommended you run 1 step colder plugs.
