Running Rich issue cant solve.

Ok I have been driving the car with no issues for years. On stock tune with just a filter and a 3" exhaust stock boost with a MBC

The car was running 100% fine until I hit a large puddle and the water went into my intake and car started to die out and I pulled over took off the filter and intake and dried it out.

The issue was once in a while then over the past few months I replaced the MAF and MAP and the issue didn't go away. Now it has been getting worse and worse. Issue was on and off. Now its at the point where it will not go away.

I installed a wideband to make sure the car wasn't running lean. (eliminate a bad fuel pump or psi) The car is running pig rich 10.0 flat on WOT or as soon as it starts to build boost its drops back to 10. The car is building boost a lot faster then normal I can hit full boost at 2600 rpm and normal is around 3000.

I am going to check o2 volt and see if the sensor has gone bad (have to buy a meter) but does anyone else have any ideas? This has been going on for months and have not solved the issue. I haven't had the time or money to go to a tuner and have them check the computer.

I'm going to try and get the data run to check my TPS and other systems.

I have spoken with guys who know evos in and out and cant think of anything like this happening before GERR

the issue was a 3rd cyl exhaust valve leaking. On a compression test it got 100psi at most and with leakdown 95% of the air was leaking out so now I know why she was running like crap. New head new turbo new cams and a tune on the way!
