Hi guys, my car is having a weird issue with it's turbo setup. To give you some background info the car was running fine. 27psi with no issues.

Then my EBC seemed to die (Greddy Profec B). It would boost to totally random numbers for each WOT run. One run would hold steady at 22psi then the next 28psi then 25psi and so on. Turning the EBC off (should be gate pressure) would result in the same issue but the boost would come on slower. So I removed the EBC and plumbed it back to the snail and it holds gate pressure just fine. So logically I binned the Greddy and got a HKS EVC VI.

Now my new problem is that the HKS unit seems to control my boost ok with some tweaking but when I turn the EVC off it will still just free boost. It will go to gate pressure, pause a little then keep going up. Again just removing the solenoid and joining the 2 boost lines together it makes gate pressure just fine.

So anyway now I'm just lost.
