Another day another problem

Recently blew my stock evo 8 turbo, replaced it with an MAP turbo got tuned no problem. Yesterday did a WOT run onto the highway then while cruising noticed exhaust was extremely loud and felt like i wasnt going into boost, looked around the engine bay and noticed some oil on serpentine belt, alternator etc.. Havent gotten under the car yet but any ideas? Exhaust wasnt seperated anywhere, and afr was lean as crap

Is it making boost? If not then the AFR will probably look lean. Check to make sure no vacuum lines popped of.

if you oil dip stick tube popped out you should have gotten the spring really common once you start making power. pick one up im sure STM would be happy to sell you one.

I would check and make sure all the bolts are on the 02 housing, and there is no gap. It wouldn't take much gap to make the exhaust sound loud and run slow. The additional air would be seen by the 02 and Gauge.

I looked and 02 housing is missing 1 bolt, guess it vibrated out during tune

Get another bolt and make sure all the other bolts are tight. Take her for a spin.

Found the problem! The wastegate arm is disconnected from the flapper valve... Any suggestions? Should i call MAP and figure it out or is there a way to fix it with parts i can get here

get a pin for the wastegate arm to flapper valve. if you cant get it quick, use a makeshift paper clip or piece of wire around same gauge as the pin. bend it a few times till you know it wont come off, try to stay out of wot till new pin shows up. Most auto parts places should carry that pin i would assume.
good luck

Its not the pin, its the part that screws on to the acuator arm with the hole for flapper arm to fit in
