Can someone email a PDF of it to me or something? I bought the kit used from someone on this forum and have not been able to get the kit to work. The cable will not connect to the controller knob (just slides right in and out). Did everything else just fine without instructions/help

just need to know how people got the KNOB to attach to the cable
