My Transfer case leaking? (pics)

So I Just got done with a timing belt job, Im going to drain and refill the transfer case fluid, but it looks to be leaking. Is this from the output shaft?

Hard to tell from the pics, but I'd have to say the leak is definitely from something capable of throwing it everywhere. Like the shaft. Or at least its something dripping it onto the shaft?

check the fluid levels in everything in that area (TFRSCASE, Transmission, Oil on back of valve cover)

Ok I will check the fluid, and look for leaks everywhere I can. Is it possible for it to be over filled, and pushing it out anyway it can? I am at 60K so I can't imagine the seal failing this early, but I guess you never know...

My 05 evo leaked from near the axle seal on the transfer case and looked similar to ours just not as bad. Best thing to do is clean it up and watch where it is leaking from.
