if i drive the car easy it seems to not leak but if i drive hard after a pull it will leak quit abit. it looks as though its coming from the t case vent on top.this car also has a bad whine which i do know is the t case. im planning on replacing soon but i just wanted to make sure the leak couldnt be my tranny.is the leak common if your t case is going out. also this t case is extremely loud probably louder than any ive heard in videos

 

The vent is supposed to be RTVed in place. Have any clutch work done and the seal is probably broken. If the transfer is very loud you are close to being stranded.

A simple check is to pull the fill plugs on both the transfer and tranny and check the levels. I did this the other day and had oil running out of both so I know I'm good.

 

my trans is good i checked it .but havent checked the t case ive not really been driven it cause im afraid too. ive got a extended warranty it says it will cover all drive train so hopfully ill have it fixed this week
