6262 boost level

I was curious to know how much boost is too much on a pte 6262 with an .82 backhousing? I'm on 38.5 lbs right now but was gonna get some opinions from everybody and raise the bar. Ive got a fully built 2.0 on e85. All opinions will be greatly appreciated

We put it on 45 psi and it made 767 on a dynojet. Everybody keeps telling me ima blow the turbo but I really don't care I'm getting a 6766 in a month or two. I'm just wondering if that's all I gotta worry about

Are you running the new 2.3 rpm stroker? Im wanting to do a new setup for next year but am still trying to decide what to go with. Before I get rid of the 6262 Im turn it up as much as possible and see where it goes itd be nice to hit 800

im on the old wheel as well. no im still on the buschur 2.3 standard, he is confident that it will get me into the 9s with slicks which will meet my goal with the car. i may turn it up myself, i have no doubt this turbo will do 800's dynojet. with the new wheel and a well built head/cam/intake manifold combo i believe it can do it on a mustang as well. im still on a stock ported head, stock im, stock tb, and kelford 272's. car can easily hit over 700 from a different parts combo on this at the same psi

I went straight from the stock turbo to the 6262 and have loved every second of it. I'm just running a 2.0l I can only imagine how it feels with a 2.3. My buddy have a x with a 2.3 rpm with a 6765 and it's just insane

I went from a stock ix turbo to the 6262 as well. Huge difference especially with the stroker. I know a few people with the 6765 but for a street car its laggy, at least thats what others report, I haven't rode in it.

I did. Awd has this turbo at 48 psi and it was out of efficiency.
