Evo VII back to the road! Time for a tune
Evo VII back to the road! Time for a tune
First, a word to those with cars on jack stands. Don´t stress or give up. It will be worth once the car is running!
My car was standing for almost two years. Today I started it and drove around the block. New everything - crank, internals, camshafts, clutch, rebuilt gearbox, turbo, exhaust, manifolds, etc, etc. All the work, except the machine work on the block, was done by me. The only problem I found is a leaking freeze plug.
This is the idle with 272 Kelford cams and 1200cc PTE injectors:

Now, time for full tune! Right now it has a rush-tune to idle and run with huge injectors.
Last, but no least, I´d like to thank everyone who contributes to this forum. I wouldn´t be able to put my car togheter without all the info avaliable here.
